Our Agave Spirit is made from 100% Blue Weber Agave. We source this from Mexico, where the Pina’s (main source of agave) are cooked in the traditional ovens, juiced, packaged and shipped to our door. This quality nectar is then fermented and distilled to create our house Agave Spirit. Our Reposado is lightly rested in our oak whiskey barrels for 4 months which gives it a beautiful subtle golden color, to help round and smooth the flavor. The spirit is perfect for heavier or more complex Agave cocktails. On top of the agave flavor, you will notice a subtle balance of fruits, florals and spices.
